Hi! My name is Brad, in April. 2007, my wife and I had our first child, Sofia. I want to spend as much time as I can with our first child, and I've always wanted to be a stay-at-home-dad. My wife gave me a challenge: I can stay home with our baby if I pay off our mortgage. For about a year and a half I traded my way up to paying off part of my mortgage, 5.9% of my goal.

I sold off items that I have gained through trades. I had several items listed for trade on the items page of this site. I'm no longer trading though. Thanks for checking out my site! I live in Worthington, Ohio.

Bob Hewitt here.
Congrats and good luck on this.

One thought, I have no idea if the horse is a good trade or not. I would say this though, it is strange items like this that lead to more press.

I can see the article now...
"Brad has traded yada, yada, yada and even a horse!"

While you must always increase the value of each thread, you should keep this "oddity-value" in the back of your mind.

brad how you doing, horses are extremely expensive to keep, if you don't want to turn it into glue and trade that I would pass on this one

As someone who owns 3 horses, they *are* expensive to own. And a 4 year old *unbroken* mare? A gamble. You don't really know her condition or temperament.

I'd only do it in a three-way trade, where you won't be left holding the bag if the horse is navicular or something.

In any case, you should never "purchase" a horse without a vet check. It could be worth almost nothing if it has a medical problem.

my friend worked with horses they are mean and always nipped at him he had to whack them with a whiffle ball bat. Stupid walking glue buckets. I would rather have a burro, at least they are nice and you can give little kids rides on them.
Brad where would you keep this beast, in the garage, don't do it
