Hi! My name is Brad, in April. 2007, my wife and I had our first child, Sofia. I want to spend as much time as I can with our first child, and I've always wanted to be a stay-at-home-dad. My wife gave me a challenge: I can stay home with our baby if I pay off our mortgage. For about a year and a half I traded my way up to paying off part of my mortgage, 5.9% of my goal.
I sold off items that I have gained through trades. I had several items listed for trade on the

Trade 30
4:00PM, Saturday, February 10, I made my 30th trade! I met Lisa near my favorite Office Max in Cleveland. She traded me her rug for my photograph. Lisa is remodeling their house with colors different than the ones in the rug, and she loved the photograph. Another win-win trade.
