Hi! My name is Brad, in April. 2007, my wife and I had our first child, Sofia. I want to spend as much time as I can with our first child, and I've always wanted to be a stay-at-home-dad. My wife gave me a challenge: I can stay home with our baby if I pay off our mortgage. For about a year and a half I traded my way up to paying off part of my mortgage, 5.9% of my goal.
I sold off items that I have gained through trades. I had several items listed for trade on the

Upcoming Trades
There are 4 potential trades coming.
- I am trading the Condo Vacation for some large woodworking saws. That should take place this weekend if everything goes as planned.
- The Canon Digital camera is going to New York City to be traded. That will take a few weeks, I'm having a friend who lives in New York help me make the trade, more details when that happens.
- There is someone interested in the Diamond Ring, I'm trying to make it work, she has a car to offer, but lives a bit out of town, so it's tricky.
- Headrests, I've said before that I have a trade planned for the headrests. They are being traded in a few weeks...hopefully, for a Star Wars collection. It's a done deal, we're just waiting to meet up, he is out of town as well.
I've got some other ideas for replacing non-moving older items, that will probably happen soon. As well as some changes to the website, let me know if you have any suggestions or comments. I've got lots of plans and little time right now.

Update: Diamond Ring/Car trade seems to have fallen through, and the condo trade has been pushed back until June 3.
