Hi! My name is Brad, in April. 2007, my wife and I had our first child, Sofia. I want to spend as much time as I can with our first child, and I've always wanted to be a stay-at-home-dad. My wife gave me a challenge: I can stay home with our baby if I pay off our mortgage. For about a year and a half I traded my way up to paying off part of my mortgage, 5.9% of my goal.
I sold off items that I have gained through trades. I had several items listed for trade on the

Thanks everyone for watching and trading. I've decided to suspend this trading project. Right now I have way too much going on. Even though this has been great and lots of fun, I've got to say goodbye for now. I'm selling all my items, and putting that cash towards my mortgage, should be close to 6% or $9500! Not bad!
