So I had some extra melted chocolate when I made the Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Amanda. I looked around to find something else to dunk in it and could find only one thing. Hot dogs. I sliced them up and put them in.
I tried one right afterwards when the chocolate was still warm and it wasn’t bad. The chocolate overpowered any hot dog flavor, but I’ll have to see what it’s like when it is cooled and whatever.
I figure that if bacon is good smothered in chocolate, why not hot dogs? They’re similar enough, right?
Have you ever had any weird foods covered in chocolate? If you have please let us know and maybe we’ll try it, if we can stomach it. Bye!

When I first saw these in my fridge I thought they were carrot slices. I thought that might be alright. To my suprised it was not carrot but hot dog. And not alright but very not alright. This is a horrible combination. Bacon and chocolate is so good. Hot dog and chocolate is so bad. So very bad.

LOL… they sound disgusting. I don’t eat hot dogs anymore, so I can’t imagine dipping them in chocolate.

I wasn’t aware that bacon and chocolate went well together. Of course, bacon is good with almost anything so I’m surprised. I may have to try this.
I don’t know if I’m brave enough to try hot dogs and chocolate though.

Oh yeah, bacon and chocolate are very good partners. Like if bacon and chocolate were people they would be men and they would live in Seattle so they could get married. Don’t bother with the hotdogs, it’s freakin gross.
