I have a suggestion for Redbox that would improve my moving renting experience. I know the good folks at Redbox just love searching out little-read blogs for helpful advice on how they should do things, so I’m confident this will get channeled to the people who can make it happen.
And what I’m suggesting is simply that when the machines have the sunscreen on them there should be a way to hold the sunscreen out of the way.
As you can see in the accompanying photo, one has to hold the sunscreen up and out of the way with their hand. Maybe this is already a feature that’s built in but I sure haven’t seen it. Perhaps a magnet could do the trick, or velcro. It just needs to hook the sunscreen flap up top out of the way. It wouldn’t be that hard and it would make it much easier for me to rent your movies. Just think about it Redbox.
